These terms govern your use of 0knu.dev (the "Site"), operated by Athanasios Christodoulou ("0knu", "we", "us"). By using this Site, you agree to them. This Site is a personal portfolio — it is not an online store, and nothing here creates a contract for services by itself (see Section 6).

1. What this Site is

0knu.dev is a portfolio: it showcases projects, skills, and contact details for freelance work. It's informational, not transactional — there's no checkout, no account system for visitors, and no products sold directly through it.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, including the private dashboard
• Scrape, mass-download, or systematically extract content from the Site without permission
• Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or anything unlawful
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone in contact form submissions
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation (e.g. attempting to overload, flood, or disrupt it)

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the design, code, text, and original content of this Site are © Athanasios Christodoulou. Project case studies shown on this Site may reference client work; where they do, they're shown with the understanding or permission of those clients, and remain their respective owners' property where applicable. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse this Site's design or content for your own commercial purposes without permission.

Third-party assets used on this Site (fonts, icon libraries) remain the property of their respective licensors and are used under their applicable licenses.

4. Third-party links

This Site links to external profiles and services (e.g. GitHub, LinkedIn, past project sites). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third-party sites.

5. No warranty

This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

6. Freelance engagements are separate

Contacting us through this Site (via the contact form or listed email) does not, by itself, create any contract, obligation, or client relationship. Any actual freelance work is governed by a separate, individually agreed engagement (e.g. a written agreement or statement of work), not by these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0knu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and, where applicable, European Union law. Any dispute arising from these Terms falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
